1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day return window for all purchases. If 7 days have passed since your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 7-10 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 4. Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Goods)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you need to exchange an item for the same one due to damage or defect, please send us an email at info@kopsil.shop and send your item to the return address provided below. We will cover the shipping cost for defective exchanges.

5. Shipping Returns

Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item for a change of mind or other non-defective reasons. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Defective Items: If you are returning a damaged or defective item, please contact us first, and we will advise on how to proceed, potentially covering the return shipping cost.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
